Dummy Axles – Keyed or Round Ends

Dummy axles are ¾” diameter, machined from stainless steel, threaded M6 on both ends and engraved with length and end diameter.  Provided with bolts and precision stainless steel keeper washers.  I can make them any length and end diameter you require.  For some purposes exact length is desired, and if you wish to allow for pull-in, typically they’re made 2mm longer than exact length.  If you need axles with a reduced center, I can provide this feature as an option on any size axle.  Typical reduced centers are either 1.375″ or 2.5″ long and 0.5″ diameter. Please note if you’re using Paragon front through axle dropouts, you may need to order the dual-diameter round end dummy axle to account for Paragon’s threading all the way through the drive side dropout.  Check the part you intend to use. If you require other mounting or indexing features or a size not listed, I can most likely do what you need. Please contact me for variations.
