Precision Fork Fixture

CNC machined from aluminum and stainless steel, this fork fixture reflects over 20 years of framebuilding experience and many previous design iterations.  It’s solid and nearly bombproof, weighing in at 19 pounds.  Rake is adjustable from zero to 100mm.  Axle to crown can be up to 540mm.  It’s shipped almost completely assembled, and the precision is built in, so there is nothing to align – unbox it and start building forks! Supplied with a 102mm long x 9mm round end dummy axle or length/diameter as requested. Dummy Axles are compatible with the Alex Meade Seatstay/ Chainstay Mitering Jig and the Alex Meade Disc Brake Mount Fixture. Instruction sheet can be found here.
