Tubing Blocks are designed for machine mitering and also useful for general workholding. Machined to exacting tolerances from 6061 aluminum and supplied with two M6 clamp bolts.

Sizes 1.250” and smaller have outside dimensions 2” x 2”; Sizes 1.375”, 36mm and 1.500” blocks have outside dimensions 2.25” x 2.25”. Please inquire for any size not listed below, as I can make any size you need.

Select oval size *

Since there’s no mathematical definition of “oval”, these blocks are made with elliptical cutouts. Outside dimensions are 2” in the narrow oval dimensions and about 2” in the long oval dimensions, the latter being dependent on the exact dimensions of your chainstay. Blocks are 1” in thickness.
